A single storey Provencal villa for 4 adults (no children under 18 yrs old. No pets.)
Modifications have been made that also make it ideal for a manual wheelchair user if required. (Owner is T3 Paraplegic)
Entertainment : T.V., C.D. and D.V.D. player, Radio. Boules available for use outside.
Outside : Private swimming pool,
covered terrace,
BBQ, secure parking, garden furniture, hedged and lawned garden with Lavender, Rosemary and Thyme.
Activities : Sailing, canoeing and windsurfing on Lac St.Croix in the spectacular Gorges du Verdon,( 75 min drive to the North.) The Gorge is over 2000 ft. deep in places and is one of Europe's deepest canyons. Leave a full day to explore this area with its 4,000 yr. old artefacts and delightful walks. Horse riding. Championship Golf courses at nearby Vidauban and at Grasse and Brignoble.

Bedrooms: (2) One with 2 single beds and with shower en suite which is a walk-in / wheel-in 'wet room'.
The other room has 2 single beds and the use of the Guest bathroom with bath and shower.
Bathrooms: 1 Bathroom. 1 Shower room.
General : A wheeled shower chair is available for wheelchair users. Permanent ramps have been built providing access to the the pool area and the terrace. All doors have been widened and flat paths laid around the property. Portable fans in all the rooms
Provencal kitchen: Nef oven and hob, mircrowave. Refrigerator. Dishwasher, Washing machine. Cookware and utensils provided.
Dining : Tables and chairs for 6 in the Living area, on the terrace and in the garden.
